天津医改后医疗费用起付标准800元

    日前，记者从天津市社会保险基金管理中心获悉，本市医疗保险启动后参保的人员，11、12月份发生的医疗费用与2002年发生的医疗费合并计算，如果在11、12 月份发生的医疗费用达不到起付标准即800元，则可以合并计入明年的医疗费用之中;如果超过了800元，则可在年底集中报销。作为一个结算年度内发生的费用，按照规定的标准报销。

　　天津市医疗保险政策规定，参保人员的医疗费报销起付标准，是按一个结算年度发生的费用确定的。如，门(急)诊大额医疗费补助资金：当参保人员在一个年度内门(急)诊医疗费累计800 元(最高不能超过5000元)，在职职工补助50％；不满70周岁的退休人员补助60％，年满70周岁的退休人员补助70％。鉴于本市今年从11月份正式启动医疗保险，参保人员对11 月和12月发生的医疗费用在报销时如何计算起付标准很关注。因此，按照规定，对于今年11、12月份参保的人员，其参保后在11、12月份发生的医疗费与2002年发生的医疗费合并计算，在计算基本医疗保险统筹基金、门(急)诊大额医疗费补助资金、大额医疗费救助资金的起付标准和最高支付限额时，作为一个结算年度内发生的费用，按规定的标准报销，以照顾参保人员的利益。
